Return Policy
Products bought in Guess.ID
We accept returns within 7 (seven) days after receipt of your order (we only can accept one return per order).
Please ensure the items are new, unworn and in their original packaging with their accessories and the tag attached to the products.
Products that are not eligible for return are: Customized items, items discounted 30% or more, accessories, perfume, masks, underwear, and swimwear.
We do not accept any exchange for products bought in Guess.ID
All returns are free of charge and you can do it by contacting our Customer Service team.

We will arrange for a courier to pick-up the return item from your address.
Products bought in Guess Offline Stores
For items bought in our Indonesia stores, we will not accept any return. But you can do an exchange within 7 days of purchase by proofing the item is unworn, its in original condition and proof of purchase can be provided.
Acceptable proof of purchase includes your original purchase receipt or a credit/debit card statement showing the transaction.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear, bra, swimwear, socks, jewellery, accessories (applies to watches, caps & scarves) and cosmetics.
